Daily Structure
Morning (7:00-11:00): Begin with a mindful morning routine—coffee or tea at a neighborhood cafe, journaling, planning your day's exploration. No rushing.
Midday (11:00-15:00): Follow your curated walking route, discovering hidden corners, local markets, and quiet parks. Stop frequently. Observe. Rest when needed.
Afternoon (15:00-18:00): Free time for deeper dives—visiting a museum slowly, taking a workshop, or simply sitting in a plaza watching life unfold.
Evening (18:00-21:00): Dinner at recommended local restaurants, evening walks, or cultural experiences. End with reflection and journaling.
